Are you tired of a sluggish life? Do you have an endless desire to experience personal growth? The kind that will shoot your adrenaline through the roof, fill your life with excitement, and flip you into a whirlpool of success?

Here are 9 proven ways that will transform your physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, social, and financial life.

The stuff I’m about to share with you is not only proven but has helped me accelerate my own personal growth from ‘a not so much to talk about’ business to multi-million enterprise.

1.

Be creative

“The desire to create is one of the deepest yearnings of the human soul”- Said Dieter F. Uchtdorf. Creativity comes from the depth of your core, it enables you to express your spiritual self, your unique personality.

There are several ways you can express creativity. It could be through art, music, writing or home decor, or anything that releases that inner desire to create.

2.

Learn endlessly

Endless learning is a cliché most people hear, yet its most ignored, ever heard the phrase ‘never stop learning because life never stops teaching’ ? That should be your life’s mantra. Learn endlessly.

Focus on learning widely, and expand your knowledge. Increase your understanding, and build up your wisdom reservoir. Knowledge is power, but applied knowledge is wisdom. Apply all that you learn, that’s how you grow.

3.

Develop good interpersonal skills

We are human, we interact, that’s just how we were created. When you have good interpersonal skills, you interact efficiently with others. This is important because most activities in our lives require some level of interaction, whether it’s building a space rocket, tending your backyard garden. Or mowing your lawn, you will need somebody to do something that only they, know how to do.

Your ability to communicate, strongly, is an essential skill that will always get you out of the doldrums. Highly developed communication skills will help you glide over contentious issues you may have to grapple with. That’s what promotes self-growth.

4.

Embrace optimism

“All negativity is resistance,” wrote Eckhart Tolle. He is right. You should always choose to have a positive mindset despite the hurdles you may encounter in life. Your growth depends on overcoming, you have to overcome every adversity and resistance that comes your way.

5.

Do what you love, not careerwise

When I say this, I mean it. Do not be driven by money to make a definition of what matters in your life. Keep abreast of activities that you love, if it is writing write, if you love drawing or painting, please draw and paint.

Work on that passion, endlessly, tirelessly, You will be surprised to find when it suddenly becomes a money maker. Money follows passion. Passion is that ethereal experience that gives you satisfaction in life.

We all have personal passions, trust me, we all do, what’s yours? Don’t kill that passion working fora paycheck, Let it out, lose that creative genius, You will be amazed at the results, – how itwill speed up your personal growth.

6.

Limit social media

Too much of something is poisonous, right? That’s what they say, it’s definitely true. Even though social media platforms have transformed our lives in more ways than we will ever know. They can be lethal to your personal growth:

Here are some negative outcomes that cannot be ignored:

The most obvious – social media can be a time-waster. Think about this, whats the number of hours in a day you spent on social media- probably just chatting or just catching up on gossip?

All those hours, added in a year, become a true waste of the most valuable resource on earth, time.If you invested that time doing something worthwhile, perhaps to meditate, read, or reflect, what do you think would happen to your personal growth? You would see astroniomical growth.

7.

Get a successful partner

Collaborations work, an African Proverb testifies to this, it says, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together” walk your journey to personal growth with someone who is already excelling at it, they will take you farther than you go by yourself.

An already successful partner will mentor you by sharing useful insights, ideas, and lessons that will help you in the transformational process of your personal growth.

8.

Admit to your mistakes

Human is to error. We all make mistakes, but not all of us admit or correct our mistakes, Denying your mistakes can lead to a split personality, a psychological phenomenon that will wear you down, because you live to justify an attitude of self righteousness.

That’s a dangerous recipe that will destroy your relationships, and impede your personal -growth.

9.

Practice punctuality and time-management

Punctuality and time-consciousness will instill in you the value of discipline. The ability to show up for meetings on time and manage your time well show that you respect and value others, and are conscious of your own growth.

In closing remain laser-focused on your goals. Let nothing hold you back.

Achieving personal growth is a journey, it can not begin and end in a single day. It is an ongoing process that requires you to set in motion your entire being, mind, soul, and spirit.

These nine ways work how do I know? – They have worked for me.
